That puts it in the same weight class as all-in-one SEO platforms like SEMrush, Serpstat, and Ahrefs.
But perhaps my favorite aspect of KWFinder and the rest of the Mangools lineup is the user experience.
KWfinder, in particular, manages to deliver a thorough keyword research report – all in one page.
Every Mangools tool is also exceptionally designed in terms of navigation and data visualization. More importantly, everything loads and works fast, allowing you to make the most out of your productive hours.

In fact, as of writing this post, it’s my go-to tool for keyword research. That’s mainly because of the value Keyword Revealer can give for a relatively cheap price tag.
Remember, it may be called “Keyword Revealer,” but it can actually help you with other aspects of SEO. That includes backlink analysis, competitor domain analysis, and rank tracking.
How to use Keyword Revealer
Keyword Revealer’s developers succeeded in equipping it with a straightforward, no-nonsense design.
It truly is the most barebones you can get as far as SEO tools go.
To demonstrate, let’s take a look at its keyword research tool.
All you’ll see are the essential interface elements on top of a clean, simple background.
Be sure to specify if you want to use a seed keyword or URL. Just select the right option from the drop-down menu to the left.

Next up, we have Semrush – a must-have in any post discussing SEO analytics tools.
SEMrush calls itself an “online visibility management platform.”
Does it sound vague?
That’s only because it can literally help you with anything that involves growing your online presence.
It can help you with keyword research, domain analysis, link building, social media, advertising – and everything in between.
How to use Semrush
Usability-wise, SEMrush isn’t really the most beginner-friendly tool around.
But it still manages to make important tasks like keyword research doable even for absolute beginners.
Let’s say you want to do some good old keyword research.
One thing you can do is fire up the “Keyword Magic Tool,” which is found under “Keyword Research.”
After entering a keyword, SEMrush will present you with a massive list of keyword suggestions.
These keywords are, of course, accompanied by important keyword metrics, namely:
- Keyword search volume
- Search volume trend
- Keyword difficulty
- CPC
- Competitive density (level of competition in paid campaigns)
- Total number of search results
If you need more keyword ideas, you can try switching to different keyword categories.
SEMrush’s Keyword Magic Tool compiles keyword groups under “broad match,” “phrase match,” “exact match,” and “related.”
You can also choose to view all keywords or only question-based ones.
In my experience, SEMrush is the most reliable keyword research tool in terms of metric accuracy and keyword suggestions.
It’s also a complete package that can cater to your every SEO, PPC, and content marketing need.
Sadly, won’t be able to cover all of SEMrush’s features in this post.
Instead, here’s a list of the features you should know about:
- Organic Research – If you want to outrank your competitors, you need to borrow ideas from their SEO strategy. SEMrush’s organic research tool can help by analyzing their top keywords, SERP feature optimizations, and keyword rankings.
- Domain Analysis – SEMrush obtains a massive list of metrics through its domain analysis tool. This includes the domain’s Authority Score, search traffic, total backlinks, top organic keywords, main competitors, and top anchor texts.
- Keyword and Backlink Gap – The Keyword Gap and Backlink Gap tools allow you to obtain keyword and backlink opportunities by analyzing multiple competitors. This can help you discover low-hanging fruit keywords and ideal backlink sources faster than analyzing competitors individually.
- Social Media Tools – For social bloggers, SEMrush can help you schedule, manage, and track your posts on Facebook, Twitter, and other major networks. You can also manage your social media ad campaigns via SEMrush’s Social Media Toolkit.

7. Wordtracker
Wordtracker is, for all intents and purposes, a “mid-range” keyword research tool.
Truth be told, I’ve had zero experience with Wordtracker prior to writing this post.
It was actually recommended to me by one of my readers in a previous post.
Shoutout to Suresh Khanal for introducing me to it.
How to use Wordtracker
The Wordtracker platform only has three main pages you can go to when doing keyword research.
First, let’s see Wordtracker generate keyword ideas from a seed keyword.
To get started, make sure you’re in the ‘Search’ tab.
You should already know what to do next after looking at Wordtracker’s keyword research interface.
It’s worth noting that Wordtracker can check keywords for different search databases – not just Google. You can also get keywords for Amazon, YouTube, and eBay.
But that’s not the reason why I decided to include Wordtracker in this list.
Wordtracker’s list of keyword suggestions is unique for a couple of reasons.
First, Wordtracker seems to prioritize phrase match keywords for some reason.
While this results in substantially fewer keyword suggestions, it ensures you only get relevant ideas from an SEO perspective.
Want more keyword suggestions?
Don’t worry – you can easily add new keyword suggestions from the “Suggestions” panel.
Of course, you can also get tons of keyword suggestions by entering something broad. You just have to rely on filters from there to narrow down your keyword list.
Another thing that makes Wordtracker unique is its set of keyword metrics.
In case you haven’t noticed, the search volume and competitiveness rating for each keyword aren’t rounded off.
Wordtracker also uses a unique metric called IAAT – short for “In Anchor And Title.”
This measures the total number of web pages that contain the keyword in both the title tag and anchor text.
Why include this metric at all?
It simply shows how many pages and – by extension – brands optimized for that specific keyword. This is a good indication of how valuable a keyword is in terms of SEO and as a blog topic.
Before we check out the rest of Wordtracker’s features, let’s deal with the elephant in the room.
“Wordtracker generates a significantly low number of keyword suggestions than most tools – why should I get it?”
To address that, let me respond with another question:
How many keywords can you really target in one post or campaign?
For most bloggers, a dozen keywords are plenty.
What’s important is you can find low-competition keywords with reasonable search volume. Not to mention the right kind of user intent for your specific objectives.
It’s a trade-off between getting a massive list of keywords and being provided hyper-focused SEO keywords.
With that out of the way, let’s go over the rest of Wordtracker’s features:
- Quick Questions Filter – Wordtracker lets you discover question-based suggestions that contain your exact keyword with one click. This is great if you need keywords that also translate to in-demand topic ideas.
- Inspect Tool – Wordtracker does its own crawl of a competitor’s page to uncover top keywords and essential SEO metrics. This includes the page’s Citation Flow, Trust Flow, page loading speed, and search optimizations score.
- Switch Between Broad, Phrase, and Exact Match Keywords – You can actually configure Wordtracker to display broad match and exact match keywords. However, the quantity difference between broad match and phrase match keywords is too small in most cases.
